Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Hawaii seeks a Celebrations Manager to drive luxury catering and events, lead a high-performing team, and elevate guest experiences.

You will develop creative ways to maximize profit and achieve revenue goals, support financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and gatherings, and excel in communication.

The role requires minimum 4 years of similar experience; a post-secondary diploma would be a plus, with a flexible schedule including holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and proven sales track record in guest engagement and revenue.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
