Responsibilities

• Collaborate to achieve ministry goals and ensure all components function effectively.
• Recruit, equip, and provide pastoral care for Celebrate Recovery leaders and participants.
• Routinely engage in Friday night programs and champion the ministry within the church.
• Build relationships with local recovery organizations and the broader community.
• Develop and implement counseling processes for Christ-centered resources.
• Partner closely with the Celebrate Recovery Leadership Team and Administrative Pastor, including budget planning.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and address issues promptly as they arise.
