Job summary

STV is seeking a CEI Project Administrator to join our CEI Team in Central Florida (Tampa area) or other Florida locations. The PA will oversee complex CEI administration and inspection programs for district transportation projects, coordinating planning, compliance, and QA/QC.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with six years of engineering experience, including two years in transportation projects, and familiarity with FDOT standards.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required with six years of engineering experience.
• Two years of transportation project experience preferred.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• FDOT Policies and Procedures experience preferred.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Directs CEI administration and inspection programs.
• Plans and organizes work of staff and subordinates.
• Reviews and develops policies, methods, and procedures.
• Ensures conformance with FDOT standards.
• Leads CEI project pursuits including marketing and business development.
• Manages QA/QC programs and project scheduling and cost estimates.
