Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support our CEI practice in Broward County, South Florida. The role involves coordinating inspectors, reviewing plans, managing daily activity reports, and ensuring accurate timekeeping and expense tracking.

Strong English communication is essential as the position interfaces with clients and project managers. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with a high school

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years with high school diploma or 6+ years with Bachelor's in related field.
• Ability to read plans and specs, math skills.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction inspection summaries of daily activities.
• Review drawings, specs, and other contract documents for constructability.
• Manage inspectors, coordinate schedules and oversee work and records.
• Track and measure completed work quantities for payment.
• Interface with project managers, clients, and inspection staff to address routine issues.
• Ensure timely completion of time sheets and expense reports.
