Mannik Smith Group is looking for a CEI Inspector in Tampa, FL. This position involves performing complex field assignments, conducting inspections, and managing lower-level inspectors. The ideal candidate will need a high school diploma and at least 4 years of DOT roadway and/or bridge construction experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of DOT roadway and/or bridge construction experience.
• Position requires a minimum of 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime.

Responsibilities

• Daily documentation of contractor’s work efforts.
• Project coordination with Contractor’s field personnel and utility owners.
• Preparation and documentation of project field books.
• Material sampling and testing.
• Observing work to ensure procedures are followed.
• Maintaining daily log of construction and inspection activities.
