Job summary

Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury, MD is seeking a dean's associate to provide operational, outreach and assessment support for the CEWD division, coordinating the CE print brochure and CEWD web page updates. The role may require evenings and weekends to support outreach and campus events.

The successful candidate will hold an associate degree and at least four years of office experience (Bachelor's can substitute).

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree and at least four years of office experience (Bachelor's degree can substitute).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, databases, and strong verbal/written communication is essential.
• Excellent organizational, mathematical, and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CEWD print brochure production three times per year including scheduling and proofreading.
• Provide outreach and contract training support, track enrollment, and generate marketing reports.
• Support CEWD website updates and monthly web spotlights.
• Assist with division operations including budgeting, travel, and reporting.
• Serve as backup to CEWD front desk staff and perform other duties as assigned.
