Job summary

Horrocks in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Construction Engineering & Inspection (CE&I) Resident Engineer to supervise technical staff across engineering analysis, highway and structural design, maintenance, construction, and traffic engineering. You will lead inspection staff and deliver scope, schedule, and budget while representing the customer to agencies.

Core duties include resident engineering, client coordination, and ensuring compliance with standards; 5+ years CE&I experience and a valid AZ

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5+ years CE&I experience or equivalent.
• Active AZ PE license is required.

Responsibilities

• Resident engineering and project management of CE&I projects.
• Coordinate with client, contractors and subcontractors and monitor schedules and budgets.
• Liaise with project clients and ensure compliance with standards and specs.
• Inspect contract documents for compliance and review engineering data and plans.
