Responsibilities

• Resident engineering, project management, and client/contractor interfacing.
• Monitor inspector activities (civil, structural, materials testing) and project standards.
• Manage and coordinate field staff.
• Serve as liaison to project clients.
• Inspect contract documents for compliance with standards.
• Analyze data and review plans.
• Take notes on project operations and resolve delays to minimize schedule impact.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
• Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, utility owners, and property owners to minimize delays.
