Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Lead Product Analyst for CDS Adoption & Engagement to drive adoption metrics, analyze usage patterns, and translate findings into actionable product recommendations.

You will partner with product, engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams to shape data-informed strategies, build recurring views, and guide experiments that improve clinician and care-team workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, business analytics, product operations, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain adoption, engagement, funnel, and usage metrics for CDS products.
• Query product usage data to analyze clicks, actions, user journeys, drop-offs, cohorts, segments, and usage patterns.
• Analyze what users engage with, which interactions drive downstream action, and where workflows lose momentum.
• Build dashboards and recurring views that help product teams monitor product performance and user behavior.
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics for launches, pilots, MVPs, and experiments.
• Identify insights that inform roadmap priorities, UX improvements, content needs, commercialization, and adoption strategies.
• Help improve instrumentation and metric definitions so teams can rely on consistent, high-quality product data.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations for product, leadership, commercial, and customer-facing teams.
