Sitting at the intersection of marketing technology and customer intelligence, this role partners closely with CRM, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams to activate unified customer data, driving personalization, lifecycle marketing, and measurable business outcomes.**What You'll Do*****CDP Operations & Channel Integration*** Support the integration of marketing channels into the CDP and manage ad hoc CDP requests and initiatives. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance within established governance frameworks to ensure a trusted, unified customer view.***Use Case Development & Activation*** Partner with marketing and business teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact CDP use cases including audience segmentation, lifecycle automation, and personalization. Drive activation of unified customer profiles across channels to deliver outcomes like increased repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.***Cross-Functional Enablement*** Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Serve as a connective layer between marketing intent and technical execution, supporting CDP adoption across the organization.***Measurement & Performance*** Define KPIs tied to CDP use cases (e.g., personalization lift, conversion, retention).
