The Analyst of Strategic Finance (FP&A) will support the Director of Strategic Finance (FP&A) in driving Blue Nile’s strategic and financial vision. This role serves as a key business partner to the Operations and Merchandising teams, working cross‑functionally to provide valuable insights that enhance strategic decision‑making. Collaborating closely with Operations leadership, including the COO, this individual will help optimize margin drivers, improve cost structures, and advance business performance. Additionally, the role will support scenario modeling for promotions and product launches while driving automation initiatives to enhance reporting, production, and operational efficiency.
