Job summary

Avantor seeks a CDP Developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable data solutions that unify customer data across channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Data Engineering to integrate data sources, build audience segmentation, and ensure data quality and governance.

The ideal candidate has CDP and cloud data-architecture experience, plus strong SQL and ETL/ELT skills. You will drive real-time & batch ingestion, privacy controls, and activation dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data Analytics, Marketing Tech, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer data management, marketing tech, data engineering, or CDP development.
• Experience with CDP platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, Segment, mParticle, Treasure Data).
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.
• Experience with APIs, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration tech.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Understanding of identity resolution and master data management.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements.
