PACS Group invites a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to join McCormick Post Acute in McCormick, SC. You will lead dietary operations, ensure nutritious, well-balanced meals, and supervise staff to create a caring dining experience for residents.

This role emphasizes menu planning, nutrition, sanitation, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and teamwork with nursing to meet residents’ dietary needs. A CDM credential is required, with experience in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• CDM credential is required and must be maintained.
• Experience in long-term care dietary services is preferred.
• Knowledge of PCC software is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dietary operations to ensure nutritious, well-balanced meals.
• Lead, support, and motivate dietary staff while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ensure menus meet residents’ dietary needs, restrictions, and approved menus.
• Coordinate meal preparation, service, and kitchen operations for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain sanitation, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to meet residents’ dietary needs with care.
