Job summary

Aramark SeniorLife+ in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead dining operations in a healthcare setting, delivering high-quality resident meals and ensuring compliance.

You will coach culinary and dining teams, manage staffing, budgeting, and safety standards, and partner with the Food Service Director to continually elevate the resident dining experience and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• CDM credential required and at least 1 year of leadership in food service or healthcare
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills; able to lead in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop culinary and dining team members
• Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident satisfaction
• Ensure meals are prepared and served safely while maintaining high quality standards
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and company food safety regulations
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Monitor food, labor, and inventory costs while supporting financial goals
• Partner with community leadership to continuously improve the resident dining experience
• Maintain sanitation standards and ensure survey readiness
• Support operational excellence through inventory management, purchasing, and quality assurance
• Help create a welcoming dining environment where residents genuinely enjoy every meal
