CDM Analyst - Revenue Integrity

Description Education Requirements: Associate Degree in healthcare field, health information management, business administration or information technology preferred. Relevant years of work experience will suffice in these or related areas.

Experience: 2-4 years experience in healthcare billing, coding, informatics, or hospital revenue cycle required. Healthcare billing and reimbursement knowledge highly preferred. knowledge preferred. Highly skilled in word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and database software applications mandatory.

Required Skills: Demonstrable experience as an analytical and critical thinker; demonstrated communication skills and an ability to work independently and deal effectively with various levels of personnel; knowledge of CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10 coding and reimbursement; highly skilled experience and knowledge of Windows-based software required, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Windows, Outlook and Excel; ability to interpret and implement regulatory standards. Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands: Good physical and mental health required. Must be able to work under stressful and mentally demanding conditions.
