Salt City Trucking is seeking a CDL-A Semi-Local Dedicated Freight Driver for a home-weekly schedule on a dedicated IL, MN, MI, OH route. Earn about $92,000 average annual gross pay with a $5,000 bonus and roughly 2,156 miles per week. No-touch freight with live loads averaging one hour.

May support nearby accounts when freight volume is low. Shift is Wednesday to Sunday, start between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, home 1–2 nights weekly plus a 34-hour reset; requires a valid Class A CDL, clean driving

Qualifications

• No-touch freight experience or willingness to handle non-touch freight.
• Clean driving record and adherence to safety standards.
• DOT Medical Card and active CDL-A.
• Willingness to support nearby accounts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general freight to customer locations across IL, MN, MI, and OH.
• Operate on a semi-local dedicated route with no-touch freight whenever possible.
• Handle live loads/unloads, typically about 1 hour.
• May support nearby accounts when freight volume is low.

Pay Details

• Average Annual Pay: $92,000
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,800
• $5,000 Bonus
• Limited-time new-hire incentive: $1,000 after first dispatch + $1,500 after 30 days for drivers hired by 9/18
