Job summary

A leading delivery and logistics company is in need of a Trainee for trailer movements in a dynamic yard environment. The role includes switching trailers, communicating movements, and performing safety checks. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and preferably a CDL Class A. Although no formal education is necessary, experience in prior package handling or CDL operations is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• 6 months of package handling or CDL operator experience preferred.
• Ability to discern numbers and information for sorting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for trailer switches and movements in the yard.
• Communicate with management for coordination of trailer movements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment.
