Job summary

URBN is hiring a Yard Jockey in Gap, PA to ensure safety and quality compliance while moving trailers and operating yard equipment. The role requires maneuvering a tractor-trailer in a compact yard, performing daily inspections, and supporting warehouse tasks.

The shift runs Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00am–4:30pm, with a collaborative team environment. Qualified candidates will have a valid Class A CDL, a current DOT physical, and at least 1 year of yard-trailer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Current DOT medical/physical.
• Clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer yard experience.
• Overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers to doors and manage dock operations as directed.
• Maneuver tractor-trailer in a tight yard.
• Exit/enter yard tractor safely multiple times per shift.
• Transport trailers between facilities across the street.
• Inspect trailers and maintain yard order daily.
• Assist in forklift operation and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors clearly.
• Complete assignments within the allotted time.
