Job summary

Domino's Louisiana is seeking a yard driver to reposition tractors and trailers in the yard and at docks. Shift is 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, with duties including backing trailers to doors and coordinating with Transportation for movement of equipment.

Responsibilities include maintaining DVIR records, documenting vehicle defects, and ensuring trailers carrying refrigerated items stay at proper temperatures.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience.
• CDL with Air Brakes required.
• DOT Med Cert required.
• Maintain valid MVR standards to stay qualified.
• Must be 21 years old and able to work nights/weekends/holidays.
• Background check every third year.
• Flexible schedule with short-notice shifts.

Responsibilities

• Move and operate Tractor/Trailer in the yard and at docks.
• Document vehicle defects in the DVCR booklet.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with Transportation Manager.
• Record odometer, hub readings, and engine hours; report to lease company.
• Ensure refrigerated trailers are at proper temperature.
• Provide trailers to Warehouse Team for loading/unloading.
• Shuttle tractor/trailers to/from logistics suppliers and docks.
• Adhere to Domino's safety policies and uniform standards.
• Assist with backhauls and route deliveries when needed.
