Job summary

Domino’s is hiring for a part-time CDL A yard driver to reposition company tractors and trailers in the Connecticut yard. You will back trailers to doors, shuttle equipment to logistic partners, and assist with re-deliveries as needed.

A CDL A license with air brakes and at least 6 months CMV driving experience are required, with a DOT medical card. The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs, plus exposure to refrigerated conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience; one year preferred.
• Must have valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes and maintain a DOT Med Cert.

Responsibilities

• Move and operate tractor/trailer between docks and yard.
• Walk the yard to identify vehicle defects and document them.
• Maintain DVIR booklets and comply with DOT log regulations.
• Ensure trailers are at correct temperatures for refrigerated goods.
• Shuttle tractors/trailers to/from docks and logistic suppliers.
• Follow Domino’s safety policies and wear uniform as required.
