Job summary

Domino's Corporate in Edison, NJ is seeking a Yard Driver to reposition company tractors and trailers on designated non-highway areas and shuttle equipment to/from logistic partners. You will back trailers to docks, document defects, and assist with loading/unloading duties while maintaining safety standards.

Shifts begin early (5:00 AM or 9–10 AM starts) with work‑until‑finished scheduling and bi‑weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays, with short notice when needed.

Responsibilities

• Move and reposition tractors and trailers on the yard and to/from docks.
• Walk the yard to identify vehicle defects and document in DVCR booklet.
• Record odometer, hub readings, and engine hours; report to lease company weekly.
• Ensure refrigerated trailers maintain proper temperature for dairy and poultry products.
• Provide trailers to Warehouse Team for loading/unloading and assist with unloading when needed.
• Shuttle tractors/trailers to and from logistics suppliers as required.
• Attend safety meetings and follow Domino’s policies on chock, cones, and dock signals.
