Job summary

Lone Star Paving is seeking a DOT Water Truck Driver to support paving and milling operations across Texas. You will deliver water, assist with dust control, and coordinate with equipment teams to ensure safe, efficient project execution.

The role requires a valid Texas CDL with Tank Vehicle endorsement, DOT compliance, and a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience. Expect a full-time schedule with overtime, strong safety culture, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• CDL (Texas Class A/B) with Tank Vehicle Endorsement preferred.
• Must meet DOT employment requirements.
• 2+ years of driving experience preferred.
• Promote and follow company safety policies at all times.

Responsibilities

• Fill, transport, and offload water to job locations.
• Coordinate with paving and equipment teams to support dust control and compaction.
• Complete trip tickets and paperwork accurately.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements on site.
