WM (Waste Management) is hiring CDL drivers for Florida routes. Jobs involve operating front, side, or rear-end load trucks, transporting waste or recyclables to disposal or transfer facilities, and loading/unloading containers as needed.

Roles require CDL Class A or B with air-brake endorsements, a minimum of 1 year CDL driving experience, and the ability to read, write and speak English proficiently. Pay starts at $22.14 per hour, with on-site work across local routes.

Formación

• CDL Class A or B with air-brake endorsement required.
• 1 year CDL driving experience or equivalent.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Must read, write and speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete reports.

Responsabilidades

• Operates vehicle in accordance with WM safety and regulatory requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Notifies supervisor of unsafe conditions or service issues.
• Attends required training and briefings.
• Works with Operations Manager to improve route efficiency and communicate with Dispatch.
• Completes end-of-day documentation and checkout processes.
• Transports waste or recyclables to disposal/transfer facilities and handles containers safely.

Conocimientos

CDL Class A with air-brake endorsement

CDL Class B with air-brake endorsement

1 year CDL driving experience
