Job summary

Land O'Lakes is seeking a Flex Warehouse Operator in Lakeland, FL. This part-time position offers flexible hours, typically 16–29 hours per week, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic warehousing team.

You will support inbound/outbound deliveries, forklift-assisted packing, cycle counts, and staging for delivery, while adhering to safety and SOPs. Experience in warehousing and forklift operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Successful forklift certification required.
