Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional related experience.
• CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous Warehouse experience preferred
• Experience With an RF Scanner preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have ability to use a computer
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs at a time
• Must be able to work in a freezer
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Must be able to lift, stand, stoop where needed
• Will need to work every other Saturday

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of health and safety standards
• Manages pick ticket orders
• Pulls warehouse items from shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements
• Ensures orders are accurate
• Stages items correctly for delivery
• Plans and monitors product storage
• Oversees stock replenishment
• Ensures warehouse goals are met
• Shrink wraps products to pallets
• Operates scanners to ensure correct order picking and accurate inventory
• Performs other general warehouse duties as needed
• Fill out forklift equipment log before using; report any problem to supervisor
• Help with daily cycle counts and verify locations
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized warehouse
• Load trucks and ensure driver has all paperwork
• Effectively communicate with other departments to handle escalating issues
• Function as an effective team member while supporting others
• Support the mission, vision and values of Monogram Foods
• Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility and confidentiality
• Possess an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach
• Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment
