Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking an experienced warehouse associate for Chandler, MN on the 2nd shift. This full-time role requires 18+ years old, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, operate an RF scanner, and work in a freezer.

You will manage pick tickets, stage items for delivery, monitor storage, ensure order accuracy, and uphold safety standards across the warehouse. Occasional weekends/overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional related experience.
• CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous Experience Working in a Warehouse Preferred.
• Experience Working With an RF Scanner Preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have ability to use a computer.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. at a time.
• Must be able to work in a freezer.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be able to lift, stand, stoop where needed.
• Will need to work every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of health and safety standards

• Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements
• Ensures that orders are accurate
• Stages items correctly for delivery
• Plans and monitors product storage
• Oversees stock replenishment
• Ensures warehouse goals are met
• Shrink wraps products to pallets
• Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked and inventory is managed accurately
• Performs other general warehouse duties as needed
• Fill out forklift equipment log before using; report any problem to your immediate supervisor
• Help with daily cycle and verify locations
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized warehouse
• Load trucks and ensure that driver has all paperwork

Salary Range: $19.77 - $28.57 Hourly

Job Shift: 2nd Shift

MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO APPLY AND CURRENTLY NOT ENROLLED IN HIGH SCHOOL

This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.

Specific responsibilities include

• Maintains a high level of health and safety standards
• Manages pick ticket orders
