Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory and support of production. The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and requires completing forklift checks, maintaining safety, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have CDL, 1+ year warehouse experience, RF scanner familiarity, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs in a freezer environment. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• CDL required and 1+ years of related experience.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and work in a freezer.

Responsibilities

• Maintains health and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Manages pick ticket orders and pulls items by number, size, color, quantity, and quality.
• Stages items for delivery and plans product storage.
• Oversees stock replenishment and ensures order accuracy.
• Operates scanners to pick correct orders and manage inventory.
• Load trucks and ensure driver has all paperwork.
