Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Utility Driver at the Henry County IN Campus in New Castle, IN. You will operate residential/commercial routes with a CDL Class B vehicle, load and haul waste, and ensure safety and compliance throughout daily operations.

Candidates must have a valid Class B CDL, a DOT Medical Card, and strong English communication. 1–2 years CDL driving experience is preferred; lifting up to 75 lbs, and willingness to work nights/weekends are required.

Competenze

• Must have a valid Class B CDL.
• Must have a valid DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Minimum 1–2 years CDL driving experience.
• Able to read and speak English well.
• No more than 3 moving violations within 2 years.
• No DUI/OVI within last 5 years.

Mansioni

• Provide trash or recycling removal services safely.
• Operate various trucks and routes.
• Enter/exit the truck 300–500 times per day.
• Maintain route and driver logs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Interact professionally with customers.
