Job Summary

Safely operate a heavy-duty truck on swing routes, driving into Residential, Commercial, and Construction environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operate vehicles according to OSHA, DOT, and company requirements; maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
2. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; report issues.
3. Report unsafe situations or service calls.
4. Participate in training and meetings.
5. Work with Route Managers to improve efficiency and safety.
6. Assist with route duties as directed.
7. Report incidents, accidents, or damages.
8. Communicate customer requests and issues.
9. Ensure containers are dumped properly and locations are left clean.
10. Complete route documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or military driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the country.
• Class B CDL.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
