Qualifications

• 1 year CDL driving or 1 year military driving within the last 7 years.
• Ability to read, write and speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete reports.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.
• CDL with air-brake endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle in compliance with safety rules and DOT regulations.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Reports unsafe situations or issues to supervisor promptly.
• Attends required trainings, briefings, and meetings.
• Works with Operations Manager to improve route efficiencies.
• Notifies supervisor of incidents, service interruptions, or hazards.
• Completely dumps receptacles and leaves sites clean and debris-free.
• Follows route assignments and completes end-of-day checkout.
