Job summary

APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, seeks a DOT CDL Distributor and Service Truck Driver to join our Mississippi team. The role emphasizes safe driving, DOT compliance, and teamwork with foremen and co-workers.

You will perform inspections, load/unload materials, and keep equipment in good condition while following company policies. A valid CDL Class A and/or B, clean MVR, and willingness to travel and work nights/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• CDL Class A and/or B license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and fitness physical.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.
• Able to operate both standard and automatic trucks.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with required documentation in DOT compliance.
• Load and unload equipment or materials as required.
• Monitor gauges and follow dispatch instructions.
• Keep truck clean and well-maintained and report major issues to Foreman.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees on operations and servicing of equipment.
