Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL and MVR acceptable for Class A vehicles.
• One year of tractor/trailer driving experience (unless Student Driver).
• DOT medical and safety standards compliance required.
• Ability to travel overnight frequently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate fleet trucks and trailers to transport freight over short and long distances.
• Ensure operations comply with state and federal regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and coordinate preventative maintenance with in-house team.
• Work with dispatch to optimize routes, maintain paperwork and records.
• Hook and unhook trailers, secure and tarp freight as required.
