Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH Company, is hiring a Laborer in Beckley, WV. The role involves driving a CDL-capable truck, supporting site operations, and adhering to OSHA, MSHA, and DOT safety standards.

You will perform vehicle inspections, assist with maintenance, and help ensure accurate material handling in a fast-paced construction setting. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, and a CDL Class B or higher.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B or higher required or preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Maintains awareness of OSHA and MSHA regulations.
• Works as a team member to ensure safe operation.
• Performs duties in accordance with DOT and company safety regulations.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.
• Assist with equipment maintenance as needed.
• Verifies material types and weight limits.
