Trinidad Benham Corporation in La Vergne, TN seeks a Truck Driver for 1st shift to move products between locations and to customers. Must hold a valid Class A CDL and can operate forklifts during non-driving time.

Qualifications

• MUST-HAVES: Valid Class A CDL.
• NICE-TO-HAVES: Forklift Certification and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work well with all levels of employees and teams.
• Ability to perform basic math and report issues clearly.
• Flexibility for overtime and changing duties.

Responsabilités

• Transfers trailers between facilities using a truck.
• Operates yard truck to position trailers at loading/unloading docks.
• Perform daily yard truck and trailer inspections.
• Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately.
• Maintain logs for all trailers on the yard.
• Operate forklift during non-driving times for loading/unloading.
• Assist with other duties when truck is idle (e.g., forklift).
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report problems to management.
• Read Bills of Lading and Pick Sheets accurately.
• Wrap pallets, stage products for loading, and check order accuracy.
• Keep aisles and racks clean and organized; inventory as needed.
• Communicate with management for maintenance and repairs.
• Comply with GMP and SQF procedures and complete forms.
