About the Opportunity: In this role, you will start early each day and return home nightly. You will service accounts across metro and rural areas, establishing relationships and understanding safe operating practices to ensure safety for yourself and others. A key part of your duties includes managing loads safely and efficiently.

Typical responsibilities include:

1. Transport materials to and from designated locations safely and efficiently.
2. Use technology to understand dispatches and loads, and stay updated.
3. Physically secure loads following Department of Transportation guidelines.
4. Maintain contact with dispatch and scale operators for assignments and reporting trip numbers.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A license with manual and automatic capabilities.
• Knowledge of State and Federal motor carrier regulations.
• Basic understanding of truck and trailer mechanics.
• At least 1 year of Class A driving experience.

Compensation and Benefits in Minnesota:

• $25-28 hourly, full-time.
• Paid time off and holidays.
