Job summary

H2ajobs seeks a CDL-equipped truck driver to operate commercial tractors (26,001+ lbs GVWR) delivering agricultural products between worksites. You will secure loads, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain a clean driving record.

Employer-provided housing and meals are included, plus weekly transport to stores for groceries and occasional meals at the job site. Responsibilities include safety compliance, load securement, and transporting equipment as needed.

Job description

Operate commercial trucks/tractor-trailers (26,001+lbs GVWR, CDL required) to deliver agricultural products and haul agricultural products to ranchers/farmers along with hauling agricultural equipment between worksites and delivery points. Abide by all safety requirements and ensure load securement. Meet all safety standards including pre-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance to ensure trip safety.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in good working order. There is a refrigerator, microwave, stove top/oven, and space for food prep. The kitchen is stocked with cooking accessories, utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilties so that workers may prepare their own meals. Ktichen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries for the worker's own meals. Occasionally, meals may be provided at the job location.

Transport: Employer will provide safe and compliant transportation to and from the airport in the USA for employees to arrive at the work location and to return after the contract has expired. Employer will pay for the flights/transportation costs of inbound and outbound as long as the contract if fulfilled. If the worker is terminated early for cause or abandons employment before completing the contract, the worker may be required to reimburse the employer for outbound transportation costs already paid.

Experience wanted: 12 months

The worker must be able to obtain an appropriate Commercial Driver's License (CDL) after hire and maintain a clean driving record. Must be able to throw straps to secure loads adequately. Workers must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs. Upon hire, workers may be required to undergo random drug testing at no cost to them. A positive test result for illegal or controlled substances or failure to comply, may result in immediate termination of employment.
