Job summary

Transdev is hiring a CDL Bus Driver in Houston, PA. The role requires a CDL (A or B) with passenger endorsements, and at least 3 years of driving experience. You must be 21+ with strong communication and customer service skills, and able to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts.

DOT drug testing applies. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. This is a full-time, union-position under CBA terms.

Qualifications

• CDL required with passenger endorsements (A or B).
• Minimum 3 years driving experience (personal or professional).
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be available for day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations following routes and schedules with safety rules.
• Passenger care: assist boarding, ensure comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle vigilance: pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs.
• Adherence to protocols: enforce seat belts and emergency procedures; regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.
