Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Associate Learning & Development Trainer to shape our Transportation Associates' skills through classroom, virtual, and hands-on training with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will lead onboarding, deliver safety refreshers, and support DOT-regulated operations across yard, OTR, and in-vehicle training while partnering with site leadership to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A CDL required with verification of driving experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends/nights/holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized classroom, virtual, and hands-on training per curriculum.
• Lead onboarding on yard safety, equipment operation, and Amazon policies.
• Provide ongoing safety refreshers and operational updates to associates.
• Maintain training records and report metrics to ensure program effectiveness.
