Job summary

You will provide courteous service to the public, follow DOT regulations, communicate clearly with customers and supervisors, and assist with other routes or community events as needed. A valid CDL A or B and a clean driving record are required, with a minimum age of 21.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state CDL A or B and have a clean driving record.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and handle DOT paperwork.
• Good communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate heavy equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive container delivery truck to replace or repair containers.
• Provide courteous and expeditious customer service in all refuse operations.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on vehicle.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections per Waste Pro procedures and DOT guidelines.
• Complete safety lane activity and DVIR daily as required.
• Inspect and clean truck; check fluids, tires, and gas levels.
• Maintain and submit required company and regulatory reports.
