Job summary

Waste Pro of Louisiana is hiring CDL tractor trailer drivers to safely operate refuse trucks and deliver/pick up waste containers per company policies and DOT guidelines. Responsibilities include performing pre/post-trip inspections, completing required reports, maintaining customer service standards, and supporting route operations with a safe, courteous approach.

This role requires a Class A/B CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to communicate in English; candidates must be 21+ years

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for the state of operation.
• Requires a clean driving record.
• Must hold a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of operation.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read and speak English well enough to communicate with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Operate container delivery trucks and related refuse equipment.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service to the public and customers.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections in line with DOT guidelines.
• Complete safety, DVIR and reporting procedures as required.
• Maintain written records and service reports as mandated.
