Guardian Fleet Services Inc. is seeking a Light-Duty Tow Truck Driver in San Antonio, TX. The role handles flatbeds and wheel-lifts, with opportunities for a sign-on bonus and strong earnings weekly.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle towing, pre/post-trip inspections, and excellent customer service. You will drive in all weather, communicate with dispatch, complete paperwork, and maintain equipment while supporting DOT safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum of 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL required; CDL-A or CDL-B preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid TDLR.
• Local residency in San Antonio.
• Pass drug screening and background checks.
• Mechanical aptitude and CMV experience preferred.
• Ability to operate tow equipment safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate light-duty tow trucks (flatbed/rollback and wheel-lift).
• Load, secure, and transport vehicles in accordance with company and DOT safety standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding job status, delays, hazards, and customer needs.
• Provide professional customer service, including explaining procedures and ensuring customer safety.
• Complete required paperwork, digital logs, and service documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment.
• Respond to calls during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
