Job summary

W-L Construction and Paving, a CRH company, is seeking a Truck Driver to mobilize materials between facilities and job sites. The role requires hauling asphalt, loading and unloading equipment, and coordinating with the Superintendent/Project Manager to meet daily schedules.

You must have a CDL (manual transmission may be required) with appropriate endorsements; high school diploma preferred; be able to work 8–12 hour shifts, overtime, and potentially travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• CDL required; manual transmission experience and endorsements may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize materials between facilities, job sites and customers.
• Haul and dump asphalt; load/unload equipment.
• Coordinate with Superintendent/Project Manager to meet daily schedules.
• Attend according to company policy to maintain crew efficiency.
• Maintain PPE and safety standards; comply with OSHA/MSHA.
