Traf-Mark Industries in Jonesboro, AR, is seeking a CDL Striping Laborer to join our roadway operations team. You will assist with pavement marking installation and maintenance on projects across the region, working outdoors in varied conditions.

The role requires a CDL, a reliable work history, and the ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed. You will operate trucks and equipment, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or roadwork is preferred.
• CDL license required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Willing to overtime, nights, and weekends.
• Background check, MVR and drug screening required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pavement marking installation and maintenance.
• Operate trucks and equipment as assigned.
• Load, unload, secure, transport materials.
• Perform road prep tasks such as grinding and sealing.
• Maintain safety and PPE; participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain clean vehicles, shops, and job sites.
• Report incidents and hazards.
