Job summary

We are looking for candidates…

• With previous experience in construction, roadwork, manual labor, heavy equipment operation, transportation, or a related field
• With a valid CDL Class A or Class B driver license
• With a reliable work history and strong work ethic
• Who can work flexible schedules including overtime, nights, and weekends as projects require
• Who value teamwork, safety, and personal accountability
• Who can successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle report (MVR), and drug screening
• With a history of working outdoors in the elements

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

As a member of our roadway operations team, you will assist with the installation and maintenance of pavement markings and traffic safety systems throughout the region.

• Assisting with roadway layout and pavement marking installation
• Loading, unloading, securing, and transporting equipment, materials, and supplies
• Operating trucks and company equipment as assigned
• Performing roadway preparation activities such as grinding, sealing, tape removal, and surface preparation
• Conducting vehicle inspections and maintaining required logs and documentation
• Assisting with traffic control operations after receiving company certification
• Maintaining assigned equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Participating in all required safety meetings, training programs, and certifications
• Maintaining clean, organized vehicles, shops, warehouses, and job sites
• Reporting incidents, hazards, and safety concerns according to company procedures
