TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join our highway striping team. This role emphasizes safety, precision, and reliability in pavement marking tasks and equipment operation.

The position requires operating duty trucks and pavement marking gear, adhering to DOT regulations, and flexibility for nights/weekends. Background checks, MVR, and drug screening are required. Equal opportunity employer. EOE/M/F/D/V

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy trucks or pavement marking equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maps, and basic arithmetic.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Work with the highway striping crew to install thermoplastic, waterborne paint, and other pavement marking materials.
• Operate pavement marking equipment, including airless paint machines, thermoplastic hand liners, and grinders.
• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
• Transport pavement marking equipment and crew to and from job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete related documentation.
• Assist with setting up and operating pavement marking equipment as needed.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and proper loading.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while on the road and on job sites.
