Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Shuttle Driver for our Austin location. You will operate shuttle buses safely, transport passengers, and deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience.

Requirements include a CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a DOT Medical Card, ability to work various shifts, and a clean DMV record. The role offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience.
• License: CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability to work special shifts, including potentially 3rd shift and weekends.
• Language: read/write basic instructions and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and customer service guided by the SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, fuel buses, log trips, assist disabled passengers.
• Be present on time and in uniform for scheduled shifts.
• Possess a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and maintain DMV record.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Assist customers with luggage and operate shuttle buses at airport locations if applicable.
