SP+, a Metropolis company, is an AI-powered parking network enabling checkout-free experiences. The Shuttle Driver DOT role supports safe passenger transport, vehicle inspections, and exceptional customer service at locations across the US.

Qualified candidates hold a CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a valid Medical Card, and a clean DMV record; availability for third shift and/or weekends is a plus. Salary ranges and benefits are offered, with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive plans.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service and safety mindset required.
• Must hold CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Ability to work third shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus cleanliness.
• Fuel, log trips, and assist passengers, including those with disabilities.
• Maintain timely on-time performance and uniform appearance.
• Possess and carry a valid driver’s license while on duty.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to management.
• Assist in handling luggage or travel items when needed.
