Job summary

Kenco Logistics is hiring a Shuttle Driver in Zeeland Charter Township, MI. You will operate a diesel tractor-trailer with a CDL, shuttle trailers between facilities, and help with loading and unloading while maintaining accurate logs and safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years of Class A driving, adherence to FMCSA rules, and a commitment to safety and on-time deliveries. Travel is substantial, and you will participate in required trainings and inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Class A driving experience.
• Class A CDL required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Meet FMCSA and company requirements.
• Pass Background and Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety first and foremost.
• Deliver freight within scheduled routes.
• Shuttle trailers between facilities and warehouses.
• Assist with loading/unloading.
• Must tailgate freight onto customer docks.
• Maintain driver logs, trip reports and other documents.
• Perform full pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tractor-trailer.
• Keep equipment fueled and clean.
• Follow company policy and trainings.
• Maintain professional conduct with other motorists and adhere to DOT and OSHA regulations.
