Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Zeeland, MI to safely transport general commodities between warehouses with a diesel tractor/trailer and a valid Class A CDL. You’ll deliver freight on scheduled routes and shuttle trailers between facilities, assisting with loading when needed.

Maintain daily logs, perform pre/post-trip inspections, follow DOT/OSHA regulations, and uphold safety, teamwork and professionalism. This role involves up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Class A driving experience.
• Class A CDL required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Meet FMCSA and company requirements.
• Pass Background and Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety first and foremost.
• Deliver freight within scheduled routes.
• Shuttle trailers between manufacturing facilities and distribution warehouses.
• Assists with loading/unloading.
• Must tailgate freight off trailer onto customer’s dock.
• Maintains driver’s daily logs, trip reports and other documents as required.
• Perform any other reasonable request as directed by management.
