Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Route Sales Driver to sell and distribute products on designated routes with a focus on excellent customer service and building strong relationships. You’ll ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and accurate cash handling on a daily basis.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and timely deliveries within the Montana region, with weekend and travel expectations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years commercial driving experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts on a daily basis.
• Ensure accounts are merchandised/stocked according to standards.
• Transport, replace and maintain POS advertising for accounts.
• Invoice and collect monies due accurately and efficiently.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
